On Saturday I took back control. I started on JC again and saw a weight I haven't seen in a while and I wasn't happy so here we go...off to try and lose this weight for good with my sister doing it by my side.

Day 3....
On Friday I got a text message from my sister R who wanted to know about Jenny Craig. Her exact words "Tell me about Jenny Craig, I need to take control of something..." I suggested that she come up to Salem on Saturday and we'd go to JC together...I joined JC 4 years ago...I did well and then I quit..I quit on myself, I quit on my life, there were more important things to do at the time...
